Your Jewellers District order will be delivered with the utmost confidentiality through FedEx priority, ensuring it is fully insured throughout its journey. And of course, it will always arrive at your doorstep beautifully gift-wrapped in our distinctive Jewellers District signature packaging.

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR THE DELIVERY?

For security reasons, we require a signature upon delivery of your order.

HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE?

At Jewellers District, we take great pride in providing complimentary priority worldwide shipping with the purchase of any of our exquisite handmade jewels. Our shipping estimates include all steps of the jewel creation process. Each jewel is meticulously handcrafted to order in our Montreal Atelier, allowing us to cater to any specific requests you may have.

WHAT COULD DELAY MY ORDER?

At Jewellers District, the beauty of having all aspects of the jewelry creation process happening right in our atelier means that the only potential delays are due to environmental factors that could possibly impact FedEx delivery, read more about their service alerts here. In exceptional circumstances, our dedicated customer experience team ensures you’re personally contacted should any delay occur.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

The use of FedEx enables us to track your package throughout its journey until it safely arrives at your doorstep.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At Jewellers District, the safe delivery of your order is our top priority, and that's why we exclusively use confidential FedEx fully-insured priority parcels.

Our shipping services cover a wide range of locations, wherever our service providers allow fully-insured shipping. In case your country is not listed as an available option during checkout, don't worry! Simply contact us and we'll be more than happy to assist you.

It's important to note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes and military bases for security reasons.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY SHIPPING FEES?

For our valued international customers, we have some great news! Jewellers District does not apply taxes to orders shipped outside of Canada. However, please be aware that your local authorities may impose local taxes and customs upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs or tax authorities before placing an order, so you can stay informed about any potential charges.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

If you’d like to change the delivery address after your order has been placed, please get in touch with us at sales@jewellersdistrict.com as soon as possible.

I’VE MISSED MY DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?

If you’re not present when the delivery arrives, not to worry! A notice will be left providing details of alternative delivery or pick-up arrangements.

CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER TO RECEIVE IT SOONER THAN THE DATE GIVEN?

We get it, and we’ve got your back. If you need to expedite your order, get in touch with our customer service team at sales@jewellersdistrict.com regarding expedited delivery. Please note, depending on your jewel, your request may be subject to a service fee.
