CTW stands for ‘total carat weight.’ When you add up the carats of all diamonds set in a Jewellers District lab diamond jewel, CTW refers to that total weight.

Step Two: Create a cleaning solution by mixing warm water with a few drops of the eco-friendly mild soap in the cup.

Step Three: Dip the soft bristle toothbrush into the soapy mixture and gently brush your diamond or gemstone engagement ring, ensuring you reach under and around the stones and setting. For extra brilliance, you can repeat this process 2-3 times. Once you've thoroughly cleaned the jewelry, rinse it with warm water and gently pat it dry using a soft microfiber cloth.

A word of caution: When cleaning your jewelry, make sure not to do it over a sink with an open drain to prevent the risk of accidentally dropping the jewelry into the drain.

Through our engraving service, you can add up to 15 characters of the message of your choice to your engagement or wedding ring, free of charge.

We have one standard serif font available for our engraving. You can choose to have upper or lowercase letters and numbers engraved on your jewel, equalling up to 15 characters.

Our jewels are engraved in our in-house atelier by our artisans. We use state-of-the-art laser machines to etch your engraving to perfection.

Your desired engraving message is sent directly from your online order, ensuring it is etched exactly as you envision. Please double-check your requested text for accuracy. Jewellers District cannot be held responsible for any errors in the provided text, but if something seems amiss, we'll reach out to confirm.

No! As our engraving services are complementary, we include the engraving process in the delivery timeframe.

We unfortunately cannot accept returns on any engraved jewels. For further assistance, reach out to us at sales@jewellersdistrict.com and we’d happy to be of assistance.

To know your ring size, you can use the Jewellers District size guide available here. However, if you’re not sure or don’t have a ring that fits you perfectly, you can go to a jewelry store near you and they will give you your ring size.

We also have the following tips and tricks:

• Remember, your left and right hands may differ in size, so measure the finger where you'll wear the ring most. 
• Measure when your hands are warm, not cold, and for best results, do it a few times mid-day. 
• Be sure to measure your knuckle as well to ensure the ring slides over it comfortably.

Please take note that even though the first resize is free, a fee of CA$130 will be charged to cover shipping costs. Free resize is only applicable within 3 years of the delivery date.
