WHEN IS MY ORDER GOING TO BE READY?

When you place an order at Jewellers District, we send you a confirmation email with the details of your order. Once your order is confirmed, we email you an invoice where the “DUE DATE” informs you about the date of readiness of your order.

When your order is ready, we ship it to you with our free FedEx priority fully-insured shipping service. 

Please note that Jewellers District does not assume responsibility for any delays in shipping beyond our control.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is shipped, we will send an email containing all the information you need from FedEx, including your tracking number. Click the tracking link in your email to follow your jewels journey to your doorstep. Track your order on FedEx’s website here.

CAN YOU HELP ME COMPLETE MY ORDER?

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

At the Jewellers District online store, we offer a convenient and secure checkout process that provides you with a variety of options to suit your preferences.

  1. Credit Card: You can use Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Union Pay to make your purchase. The total amount will be charged to your card at the time of placing the order.
  2. PayPal: Experience easy and secure online shopping by using PayPal as your payment option. With PayPal, you won't need to enter your credit card details on our website. Instead, your PayPal account will be charged once your Jewellers District order is successfully completed.
WHY ISN’T MY CREDIT CARD BEING ACCEPTED?

Please contact your bank or financial institution to rule out any errors they may find. Alternatively, you can try using a different credit card or PayPal to complete your order. If the issue persists, our Customer Service team would be happy to assist you via by email at sales@jewellersdistrict.com. WHERE IS MY ORDER?

For the majority of the outlined delivery time, your order is being handmade! Our artisans in Montreal will be hard at work crafting your dream piece, ensuring it goes through our rigorous quality checks, and then will be packaged and shipped right to your doorstep.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER WAS SUCCESSFUL?

You can rest assured your order went through smoothly as you will receive a confirmation email from us within 30 minutes of your purchase. If you have not received the confirmation, kindly check your email spam or junk folders. If you still haven’t received a confirmation email, kindly get in touch with our Customer Service team via email at sales@jewellersdistrict.com.

IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FREE?

Jewellers District takes immense pride in offering our jewels to customers worldwide, and we are delighted to provide free premium shipping for all international orders without compromising the safety and security of your precious jewel. Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in every aspect, as your order is carefully packaged in our signature packaging, both made from recycled materials.

Should your country not be listed during Checkout, no worries! Simply reach out to us at sales@jewellersdistrict.com, and we'll work diligently to find a suitable shipping solution for your order.

Ensuring the safe delivery of your order is our top priority, and we take the following measures to achieve that:

- Your parcel is exclusively sent via confidential FedEx priority fully-insured shipping.

- A signature is required upon delivery to ensure the package reaches the right hands.

- For security reasons, we do not ship to PO boxes.

WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX ON MY PURCHASE?

Jewellers District takes pride in providing its exquisite collection of engagement rings, wedding rings, and fine jewelry to customers all around the world. When placing orders for delivery within Canada, the product prices shown at checkout already include the applicable federal and provincial taxes, tailored to the specific province the order is being shipped to.

However, for orders shipped to regions outside of Canada, the product prices displayed at checkout do not include any taxes or duties. Customers in these regions may be subject to local taxes and customs upon delivery, which they would need to settle separately.

Taxes are calculated according to your shipping address. These are the tax rates charged to your Jewellers District order depending on the Canadian provinces:
