WHAT IF I’VE CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT AN ITEM?

At Jewellers District, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we are committed to surpassing your expectations with our exquisite jewelry. In the event that you need to return your Jewellers District order, rest assured that we have you covered.

If for any reason you change your mind about your jewel, we will gladly refund the purchase price within 30 days of purchase provided the item/s are:

  • Applicable for refunds
  • Are in line with our standards of Return
  • Return of jewels prompted within 10 days from the date of delivery

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

In the case that the jewel you’ve received is damaged or faulty, please take a picture of it and contact our Customer Service team via email at  sales@jewellersdistrict.com, and we will strive to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

WHAT IF THE JEWEL I RECEIVED IS NOT THE ONE I ORDERED?

In the case that the jewel you’ve received is not the one you ordered, please contact our Customer Service team via email at sales@jewellersdistrict.com. From there, we will strive to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

WHAT IS THE JEWELLERS DISTRICT RETURN POLICY?

We take immense pride in the meticulous handcrafting process of each jewel we create, striving for perfection in every piece. We understand your decision to initiate a final return, and we're here to guide you through our return policy.

Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery, with a total refund issued minus a 5% restocking fee. Upon processing the return, a flat-discounted return shipping fee of CA$130 will also be deducted from your refunded amount. Please be aware that beyond this 10-day timeframe, all sales are considered final, and returns will no longer be accepted.

To qualify for a return, the item must meet certain criteria. Items that do not qualify for return include:

  • Improperly packaged items
  • Damaged or used items
  • Items that have been altered, engraved, or resized before or after delivery
  • Custom or personalized items that have undergone any form of alteration, including changes to stones, design, or engraving
  • Items that have been previously exchanged
  • Items missing their certification or paperwork
  • Items valued over $15,000 CDN
  • Items returned 10 days after the date of delivery initiated
  • Wedding rings (although select items may be eligible for resizing, see our Resize Policy for more details)
  • Engagement rings (while returns are not accepted, exchanges may be possible for select items, refer to our exchange policy).
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Your satisfaction is our priority and we do everything to assure that your Jewellers District jewel surpasses your expectations. If you’re outside of Canada and would like to return your Jewellers District order, please check the Jewellers District Return Policy just above for more information.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY JEWEL?

We accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery. Please be aware that beyond this time period, all sales are considered final.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

For all Jewellers District fine jewelry, you have a window of 10 days from the date of receiving your jewel to initiate a return. On Fine Jewelry items, you have the option to choose between a store credit or a refund, with a restocking fee of 5% deducted.

Please note that Engagement Rings and Wedding Rings are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Here are some additional details regarding refunds: 

  • Shipping charges, including the original shipping fee, are non-refundable. Upon processing the return, a flat-discounted return shipping fee of CA$130 will also be deducted from your refunded amount.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?

A refund will be issued within 30 days of purchase provided your items are applicable for refunds and have been returned to the Jewellers District Atelier.

HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?

We refund the same payment method you provided to initially make your purchase.

WILL I BE CHARGED SHIPPING FOR MY RETURN?

In the case of a return or exchange, a flat-discounted rate of CA$130 will be charged for two-way fully insured overnight shipping with FedEx.

HOW DO I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

Rest assured, returning your Jewellers District jewel is a safe and straightforward process. For online orders, you can conveniently return your item within 10 days of initiated delivery by mail at sales@jewellersdistrict.com, following our return policy guidelines.

To initiate the return, securely pack your order along with all the original documentation that came with it. Next, reach out to us at sales@jewellersdistrict.com, to request your FedEx priority fully-insured shipping label.

Upon receiving the FedEx shipping label, you can ship back your Jewellers District item(s) at a flat-discounted return shipping fee of CA$130. It's important to note that the shipping charges are non-refundable, and the flat-discounted return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY JEWEL?

Excited about exploring another exquisite jewel from Jewellers District? No need to worry, as we offer hassle-free exchanges for selected Jewellers District jewels within 10 days initiated delivery. We will provide you with store credit so you can place a new order for the jewel of your choice, with no restocking fee.

CAN ENGAGEMENT RINGS BE EXCHANGED?

For Jewellers District Diamond Engagement Rings, exchanges are possible for the ring setting with an applicable fee, while the diamond set in the ring remains final sale. If you wish to exchange your ring setting, please contact us at  sales@jewellersdistrict.com. More information about our exchange policy can be found below.
