SHIPPING AND HANDLING

The confirmation of the order will be sent by email. All shipped packages are insured for the total value of the transported items. All of our packages require an adult signature upon delivery. All in-stock items will be processed and sent within a maximum of 30 business days. Jewellers District is not liable for unforeseen consequences that might delay the processing and/or the shipping of the package. Jewellers District reserves the right to divide the order into partial shipments. In this case, the customer’s credit, charge or debit card will only be charged for a single shipment. Please note that your order will be shipped to the billing address. All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Any jewel with signs of damage, wear or alteration (e.g. resized ring by a jeweller other than Jewellers District) cannot be accepted. Jewellers District reserves the right to refuse exchanges on any items that have been worn or altered in any way. If you are not satisfied with the item that was sent to you, please contact us immediately. Please ensure that returned items are in their original box and packaging with full documentation. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

The prices of Jewellers District products are indicated in CA$, excluding taxes and shipping costs. jewellersdistrict.com charges federal and provincial taxes to QC customers, federal taxes to other Canadian provinces and no taxes for US orders as required by applicable law. Orders are shipped from our offices in Montréal, Quebec, Canada. International shipments may be subject to duties and/or fees, which are determined by the appropriate government agency. Buyers are fully responsible if shipments are subject to duties, taxes or brokerage fees upon arrival. Jewellers District reserves the right to modify the price of products offered on the Site at any time without prior notice to the customer. The customer will be charged the price displayed on this Site at the time the order was confirmed, provided that the products are available at that time. The customer is required to pay for any order placed on the Site immediately upon confirmation. At the moment, we can only accept payment by credit cards or PayPal and financing through Paybright.
